Mad about Alice

Themes Incorporated has added new Alice in Wonderland themed props to its existing collection, anticipating a rise in the number of Alice-themed events next year with the release of Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland film in the spring.
The Glastonbury-based company's prop makers have created new giant playing card soldiers, a giant pocket watch, a full size 2D tree complete with Cheshire cat and a giant Mad Hatter's top hat.

David Churches, Themes Incorporated managing director, explains:

"The publicity surrounding the new Alice in Wonderland film, due for release next spring, is certain to generate huge interest in all things Alice. The combination of director Tim Burton and a cast including Johnny Depp and Alan Rickman will no doubt produce a darker reproduction of the story, however in terms of a party theme, clients will
almost certainly prefer the more traditional representation of the story.”
