The organiser of Event Buyers Live has revealed even further details about the hosted buyer event’s growing speaker programme.

Leslie Greenhalgh (pictured above), event director of the America’s Cup World Series, Portsmouth, and Will Glynn-Jones, director of experience at The Moment, have joined the event’s educational line up.

Greenhalgh is currently the event director for the Louis Vuitton America’s Cup World Series events. Greenhalgh heads up TEAMORIGIN Events, which manages and delivers the events, working for Sir Keith Mills, chairman of TEAMORIGIN Events.

Greenhalgh will join Get in Bed’s Gary Pitt on a dedicated panel, solely focused on generating revenue and sponsorship that looks at how brands use events and what organisers can do to enhance a brand’s investment.

Greenhalgh and Glynn-Jones are just two of the event industry’s senior figures to join the speaker programme at Event Buyers Live, which takes place at Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire on February 24 and 25, 2016.
WillGlynnJonesAt The Moment, Glynn-Jones (pictured left) oversees the events and experience team that work on a global basis for clients such as HSBC, GlaxoSmithKline, MAC Cosmetics and Virgin Media. His role sees him driving new business and spearheading the integration of experience-led campaigns, placing content-led brand experiences at the heart of a brand’s strategic plans.

Glynn-Jones and Greenhalgh join Jason Scott, an award-winning event professional, a founding mentor of Fast Forward 15 and co-founder of VenueMe, and Adam Azor, senior vice president of integrated and digital marketing at Jack Morton Worldwide.

Scott, who is well known for his online persona, Lord Jason Scott, will talk to delegates about how they can build their own personal brand and profile, and learn to “stand out” within the events sector. Azor will join Glynn-Jones to discuss the importance of good content and best practice advice.

Furthermore, Robert Dunsmore, director live events at GES, and Mike Richmond, director of The Event Safety Shop, will lead discussions on event technology and health and safety respectively at the event’s dedicated roundtable sessions.

Neil Fagg, event manager at Event Buyers Live, commented: “Once again, I’m delighted to welcome even more great speakers to our event.

“Leslie’s and Will’s experiences within the events industry will provide valuable insight. I have no doubt that their presence will be a big hit with the events professionals attending Event Buyers Live in February.”

Event Buyers Live 2016 will take place at Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire. Event organisers looking for fresh ideas for their events are being encouraged to register now for the event, which facilitates pre-arranged face-to-face meetings between organisers and suppliers.
