The organiser of SEAFEAST has rebranded the food festival and it will now be known as Dorset Seafood Festival.

The 2024 edition of the Dorset Seafood Festival is set to take place on September 7 and 8 at the Weymouth Peninsula.

Attracting more than 10,000 visitors annually, the Dorset Seafood Festival is gearing up to be bigger and better, featuring an expanded array of food stalls, new additions, and new sponsors.

Philippa Gibb, director of The Dorset Seafood Festival commented: “We are thrilled to unveil the Dorset Seafood Festival, a name that resonates with the essence and tradition of this spectacular event. Our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for seafood lovers remains steadfast, and this rebranding represents a celebration of our heritage and the vibrant culinary culture of Dorset. We’re really pleased we’ve been able to bring the festival back for 2024 and are excited to share the new additions, as well as welcoming back our regular stand-holders at this year’s event.”

Along with the new sponsors, the festival will remain open until 8pm on the Saturday evening, allowing attendees to enjoy the festival for longer.
