Lancashire-based event entertainment specialists, The Fun Experts, have successfully completed a round trip of 2,000 miles to deliver a standout Western-themed brand activation for globally recognised cosmetics brand KIKO MILANO in Milan, Italy.
Known across the UK for providing high-quality event entertainment and equipment hire, The Fun Experts recently took their expertise abroad, demonstrating that creativity, precision, and fun know no borders.
A Rodeo Bull at the Heart of the Event
KIKO MILANO’s latest product launch required a bold and engaging experience for both influencers and the public. At the centre of the Western-themed activation was their Rodeo Bull, expertly managed by The Fun Experts team.
From Planning to Execution
Unlike routine UK events, this international project required meticulous planning. Sales and development director Camille Scott-Bradshaw worked closely with the client to meet the unique requirements of the Rodeo Bull delivery and event setup, while the logistics team coordinated transport, insurance, AT Carnets, and border crossings to ensure seamless delivery.
The Journey to Milan
The event team member undertook the delivery, departing from the company’s Preston depot and travelling via Folkestone to Calais, then through France and into Italy. After nearly 1,000 miles and two days of travel, the team arrived in Milan ready to set up the event.
Seamless Setup Despite Challenges
The pre-planned Western-themed setup allowed the event to run smoothly, even in the face of torrential rain and public transport strikes. The Rodeo Bull was ready for both VIP influencers and the general public, creating memorable moments and photo opportunities for all attendees.
A Memorable Brand Activation
The VIP launch event welcomed Italian influencers and well-known personalities, who eagerly engaged with the Western-themed experience. The following public days allowed visitors to try KIKO MILANO products while taking a ride on the Rodeo Bull – a unique highlight that delighted all.

Open to all abilities, the sessions are run by FA-qualified coaches who create an encouraging, supportive environment for kids to improve their skills and passion for the game. Alongside their love of football, participants will have the chance to win certificates, trophies, as well as official PNE merchandise and tickets to matches, making every session feel like a major win.
The meeting kicked off with their very own mascot, Fun Bear, heading to Deepdale stadium to meet the Deepdale Duck where they discussed their goals for the future.
