Brighton Music 5K, the musical themed fun run based in Brighton, is back for 2019 with a new name and two new race distances.
The event has been renamed Brighton Run|2|Music and now offers a 10k and a half-marathon distance as well as chip timing. With the return of the 5k and introduction of a 10K and 21K (half marathon) distance, the organiser of the event has said it is trying to appeal to the growing number of social runners, and experienced athletes which want to push themselves a little faster.
John Lunt, organiser of Brighton Run|2|Music, commented: “It’s going to be fantastic, we had such a great time last year and we could see how many people enjoyed the run, we just knew we had to make it bigger and better than ever.”
