Carlton House Terrace to become Bosco House during Olympics

Russian sports brand BOSCO is to use {10-11} Carlton House Terrace as its base during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As the exclusive sponsor of the Russian Olympic and Paralympic teams BOSCO is responsible for the image of the Russian athletes, and is also the sportswear provider for the Ukrainian and Spanish Olympic teams.

{10-11} Carlton House Terrace will be used exclusively from July 16 untilAugust 13 and from September 6-9. BOSCO House will conduct itself like a private members club with expected guests to include Ukrainian and Spanish royalty, Russian dignitaries and diplomats, athletes and celebrities. The venue will be open for hospitality from midday until 2am daily.

Work began on July 19 to transform the venue’s terrace, which overlooks the Mall, into an alfresco dining space. Green turf has been laid, a gazebo has been built, white bistro style chairs and tables with beige patio umbrellas complete the dining area. A staircase linking the Reading Room to the Terrace has also been built. BOSCO branded bikes are queued outside the venue, which guests are free to use to cycle around the city and mannequins will be on display throughout the venue kitted out with branded sportswear. A fleet of branded Audi cars, taxis and buses are available to transport guests to and from the venue to the stadium.
