Diversified Business Communications buy Intelligent Exhibitions and its portfolio

Diversified Business Communications UK has bought Intelligent Exhibitions for an undisclosed sum. Intelligent Exhibitions, which organise Ocean Business will continue to manage the event.

The acquisition includes the sale of Intelligent’s Offshore Survey and Ocean careers events and LIDAR International and LIDAR Europe, which will be transferred to Diversified’s offices in Portland, Maine. Intelligent Exhibitions’ Versha Carter will continue to work within the business from its Nailsworth office in Gloucestershire.
