DogFest expands into Lincolnshire for 2024
DogFest, the dog-friendly festival, is expanding into a new venue for 2024. DogFest will head to Burghley House Estate in Stamford, Lincolnshire on June 8-9.
Kara Groves, head of events at Burghley House, said: “We can’t wait to welcome dog lovers and their four-legged friends to Burghley to enjoy this fantastic event. It is an exciting addition to our 2024 events calendar promising two fun-packed days the whole family can enjoy.”
Burghley House is well known for hosting the internationally renowned Burghley Horse Trails every September. The venue also hosts Christmas markets, art exhibitions, and food festivals and in 2024 it will host the third DogFest of the 2024 Summer/ Autumn season.
DogFest visitors will be able to explore the grounds of Burghley House on The Big Dog Walk, which is free with afestival ticket. The walk will lead guests through an ancient woodland, where doggie paw-rents and their dogs (on leads!) will be able to spot deer.
Alongside the launch of Burghley House, DogFest will be returning to six other favourite venues:
- Loseley Park in Surrey – April 27-28
- Ragley Hall in Warwickshire – May 25-26
- Burghley House in Lincolnshire – June 8-9
- Tatton Park in Cheshire – June 15-16
- Ashton Court in Bristol – August 31 and September 1
- Harewood House in Yorkshire – September 7-8
- Knebworth House in Hertfordshire – September 21-22
DogFest – organised by Touchpoint Media – is implementing a new tiered ticketing system for its 2024 events.
