LondonEyeThe London Eye is to host a romantic evening with a difference – on February 28, 500 single people will descend on the London landmark, be split into groups of 16 and allocated a “dating” capsule at random.

The Wheel of Date event, which is being organised by DoingSomething, is co-curated by Time Out London – Future Cinema, The Comedy Store, Café Kick and Lucky Voice are all onboard too with capsules featuring cinematic experiences, live stand up, table football competitions and karaoke.

DoingSomething and Time Out London are taking over all 32 capsules – each guest will get a full rotation on the London Eye and afterwards will head to the Old Vic Tunnels to share their “date experience” with the 484 other singles that were not in their capsule.

According to Wheel of Date organisers, Guilty Pleasures and Silent Disco UK are involved too.
