JackMortonQtel Group revealed a new identity at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week, an evening launch event managed by Jack Morton Worldwide. The experiential agency delivered the evening reception for management, guests and members of the telecom industry before transforming overnight the brand’s presence at the event in Barcelona.

Jack Morton worked with Ooredoo – the new name for Qtel Group – to create both the evening launch event and the live brand experience in both its pre and post launch forms.

The brand experience was designed to achieve maximum impact within the restricted time available. Feature changes included the addition of 40 metres of waterfall over the sloping glass walls of the experience and lighting changes including within a three metre diameter LED chandelier.

Jack Morton also designed several live and interactive activities including a portrait artist, badge making and an interactive, social media connected installation allowing guests a chance to pose in an Ooredoo advert.
