Info: Tower Hamlets Council is seeking an event management company to develop and deliver the Baishakhi Mela over a nine-year period. Organisations wishing to be considered for this opportunity must be Not for Profit or an independent voluntary or community group that only makes profit to support growth, such as social enterprises and cooperatives. Organisations wishing to be considered will need to submit a detailed three year business plan and vision concept document that demonstrates a strategic approach to the delivery and sustainability of the event.
