Following a series of successful large-scale event deployments, UK-based Pylon One has announced the opening of a new regional office in Dubai and an expanded strategic partnership with local UAE provider, Connect 21. The move signals a significant commitment to the Middle East’s rapidly growing live events and entertainment sector.

The partnership was recently proven at scale during UNTOLD Dubai 2025, one of the region’s largest music festivals. The team delivered a mission-critical network across a 200,000-square-metre site, supporting all production, staging, broadcast, and artist operations.

The joint deployment at UNTOLD Dubai provided connectivity for all seven stages, backstage areas, production compounds, media centres, and the festival’s official live streams. A 24/7 on-site Network Operations Centre (NOC) ensured seamless performance throughout.

With the new Dubai office serving as a regional hub, Pylon One and Connect 21 will jointly pursue projects across the GCC, focusing on major festivals, exhibitions, government initiatives, and sporting events.
