Seven shows in seven days for Exhibit 3Sixty
Exhibition main contractor, Exhibit 3Sixty, has completed a record week, with seven events completed in just seven days.
In an intense seven-day period, the team delivered seven complex projects across the UK and Europe, from its base in Coventry, showcasing the company’s logistical competence and reinforcing its reputation for delivering as promised under significant pressure.
Between October 13th and October 20th, the Exhibit 3Sixty team was in high demand, working on a diverse range of events, including HiSense at Curry’s Peak, Quartz CIO CISO Visions CMO, Quartz CFO HR, ERA Portugal, New Scientist Live, NHS Confed RLDatix, Babystyle at the Nursery Fair.
The intensive schedule required a monumental logistics and build effort, the week involved four teams operating simultaneously on-site, the logistics fleet covering 4,200+ miles, 4,000+ square metres of carpet laid, 2,000+ square metres of graphics printed and installed, and 1,500+ square metres of shell scheme (both traditional and Octanorm) built in eight days.
At the week’s peak, the operations team coordinated four major projects simultaneously: the build for two Quartz events, NHS Confed build, the ERA Portugal build, and the breakdown of the New Scientist Live exhibition.
“October was a busy month, and that one week was an exercise in co-ordination, and it’s all down to the incredible planning and hard work of our entire team,” said Andy Pearce, co-founder of Exhibit 3Sixty. “We’ve built our reputation on just getting the job done without fuss, and those seven days were the ultimate example of that. We don’t over-promise; we just deliver.”
Alan Craner, co-founder of Exhibit 3Sixty, added, “At one point, we had four separate crews on-site in different locations, including one team in Portugal. The co-ordination required from our project managers, warehouse team, and on-site crews was immense. We’re exceptionally proud, and we can confirm that while an estimated 50 coffees were needed on Monday morning alone, absolutely zero rounds of golf were played.”
