Showcase AVI is celebrating after winning the Best Conference Technology award at the Event Technology Awards 2017.

The company was short-listed in two categories – Best Use of Audio Visual Technology and Best Conference Technology – for its work with World Retail Congress, Dubai, earlier this year.

Showcase AVI used AV technology to transform a 2,760 square metre arena into a main conference auditorium, four breakout “lab” spaces and an awards ceremony venue. The project featured more than 70 hanging points for trussing, 45 LEC lighting fixtures and 4 x 8m wide 3mm LED screens – this was delivered by 50 staff.
