Sleek announces new senior leader team following the agency’s repositioning

Full-service experience marketing agency Sleek has today announced the formation of its newly structured leadership team to support the agency’s new service offerings following its recent repositioning. Formed using existing employees, and led by founder Jennifer Davidson, the senior leadership team consists of seven members to look after specific service areas including technical production, live projects, and business development.

Members of the new SLT include:

Neil Rodford, who sits as a non-executive chairman on the team, will help oversee Sleek’s long-term strategy with the other members of the executive leadership team.

Lizzie Burdge, who joined Sleek in 2019, sits as business development and marketing director. Burdge will oversee all sales and marketing team activities, as well as client management. Her proven track record in delivering innovative solutions for clients will be invaluable as Sleek continues to evolve as a full-service experience marketing agency.

David Blair, who joined the team last year as head of technical also has a place on the leadership team. He will play an instrumental role in leading Sleek’s newly formed technical production department – announced last month as part of the business’s repositioning – and will oversee the technical production for RFPs and live events.

David Hills, the head of live, is the fourth member of the newly created leadership team. Hills has more than 20 years of experience in event management and production. His background in overseeing projects for renowned brands positions him well to lead Sleek’s Live projects and operations team to new heights.

Jem Cohen, Sleek’s finance director who joined in 2022 joins the senior leadership team bringing substantial experience in finance and accounting, particularly within the marketing and PR sector.

Finally, Claire Highton Barge, Sleek’s head of people and culture at Sleek, completes the senior leadership team having been at the company since 2022. She brings a unique blend of experience in event management and business operations as well as a passion for people experience initiatives. Her ability to recruit and develop talent has already been invaluable in fostering a positive workplace culture at Sleek.
