Sustainable Events Summit release speaker and ticket details
Nick de Bois MP, chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for the Events and Exhibitions Industry, is the first speaker to be confirmed for the upcoming Sustainable Events Summit.
Taking place at The Crystal on January 24, 2013, tickets for the summit go on sale this Thursday (November 8) priced £345 if booked before December 17. However, members of supporting associations, including London and Partners, Eventia, IVCA, ISES, MPI, AEO, ESSA and AEV, are entitled to a discount – £275 + VAT.
Sustainable Events and Smyle joined forces in September to create the summit, which is part of a larger sustainable events community that operates online also. The summit will feature educational content provided by Positive Impact, and is supported and advised by Seventeen Events.
The Canadian Tourism Commission in conjunction with Vancouver and Alberta have also now confirmed their support by joining the sustainable community as founding partners, and the AEO, AEV and ESSA have pledged their support also. To book your place at the Sustainable Events Summit, click here.
