Experiential marketing agency Tribe has teamed up with SportsAid to organise its annual SportsBall where London 2012 medallists including Louis Smith, Greg Rutherford, Sarah Storey and David Weir will be giving their support to the charity that raises much needed funds for athletes.

Marking the 35th anniversary of the event, which is sponsored by Eversheds and London Clubs International, guests will have the opportunity to relive some of the most inspirational moments of the summer with the athletes themselves. Also on show will be some of the brightest prospects for the future of British sport, giving live demonstrations and eagerly awaiting the results of SportsAid’s coveted One-to-Watch Award.

The event, previously organised by Gyro, will see Tribe manage and deliver the dinner on November 21 within Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park, with the aim of raising funds for the charity.

Sarah Trumble, client services director, Tribe, said: “We are delighted to be working with SportsAid on their 35th SportsBall™ in this historic year for British Sport. We are committed to delivering an equally momentous sporting occasion to celebrate our athletes’ successes at London 2012 and Britain’s rising stars of future Games.”
