Vienna Tourist Board uses Imagination to celebrate 150 years of Klimt

Imagination is working with the Vienna Tourist Board to deliver a campaign in central London that will celebrate the 150^th birthday of Gustav Klimt. The renowned artist, famed for his work The Kiss, will be brought to life in Grosvenor Gardens by more than 10 artists that will produce works of art, live.

On August 21, each artist will produce works inspired by Gustav Klimt, on giant 220cm x 220cm boards, as part of the tourist board’s campaign to Klimt. A large LED screen (the height of two double-decker buses) will also be constructed for visitors to see the artists’ progress. Once complete, the works will be displayed in the Lazarides Gallery in Soho as an exhibition, Klimt Illustrated from August 23 to September 3.
