#Eventprofs urged to apply to free Elevate mentoring programme
Event professionals interested in becoming a mentor or mentee can now apply for season five of the Elevate mentoring programme.
The programme begins in March and runs through to September, supporting #eventprofs with mentoring, industry analysis, free education, networking and thought leadership.
Max Fellows, co-founder of Elevate, said: “We set this programme up five years ago to fill the huge hole that a lack of education and support had created for events professionals. Elevate is a programme that can benefit everyone, as is entirely inclusive and helps accelerate careers, build confidence, develop coaching skills, extend network and so much more.”
Mel Noakes, co founder of Elevate, explained further: “Elevate has played a key role in supporting the development of more than 650 people from our industry across five years. The impact of COVID-19 on our industry cannot be over stated. Having a network and support system in place to help us all reimagine what’s possible has never been more important.”
The programme is open to everyone in the events industry, from execs through to managing director, and that is both as mentees and mentors. All participants are provided with structured training, ongoing coaching and support.
